Typical time for authenticating/approval process?
For new verifiers, our authentication process is completed the same business day. If you create an account outside of business hours, we will complete your authentication by the next business day.
Verbal verifications?
To obtain a verification, login to your verifier account to purchase a new report. For security reasons, we do not fulfill verbal verifications.
How do I find my receipt for a purchased report?
Log into your verifier account. On the top navigation menu, select Reports. Find the report where the receipt is needed and select
What happens if the data I need is not within the report?

How do I pull a verification?
Click here to log into your verifier account. Don't have an account?

Click here to create one. Once you log into your account, enter the required information on the left-hand side under Purchase New Report.
I can't find the employee. Why?

What type of report do I need? (VOE vs VOI)
There are two types of reports available:
Verification of Employment (VOE) report: This report contains information about the employee's employment details and history.

Verification of Employment And Income(VOI) report: Report that contains information about employee's employment details, wage details and history.
Can I have the report sent to a different email than the one listed on the account?
To ensure data security, reports can only be sent to the email used when purchasing the report.

How can your employee access their data?
Direct your employee to go to www.WAGEverify.com and select Employee on the main page.
Where do I send verifications if I receive them?
If you receive a request for wage and employment verification via mail or fax, you can securely upload the request within your dashboard using the Secure File Upload function located on the top right. If you receive any requests via call or email, please direct the verifier to www.WAGEverfiy.com.
What types of reports are available?

How can I access my account?
In order to access your account, you will need to get in touch with your Client Relations Specialist. They will be able to grant you access. If you do not know your Client Relations Specialist, please contact support@wageverify.com
How can I give someone else access? (after logging in)
On the top navigation menu, select Settings. From there, select employer settings. Under Users and Roles, select "Add User" and fill out the required information. You will also select the role for the new user.
How do I create a new role? (after logging in)
Once you login to your account, you can create a new role under Settings. Select employer settings. Under Users and Roles, select "Create Role" and fill out the required information.

How do I get a report updated if the information is not correct?
To correct your report, we will need to confirm with your employer the requested change. To correct your report, please contact our support team at support@wageverify.com and we will look into this for you.
How do I access my account? (email and password)

Login: You will need your SSN, first name, last name, DOB, and email address to create an account. Click here to create an account.

I cannot find myself in the system. Why?
If you have not received your first paycheck, your information will not be in the system. Please wait 5-7 business days after you have received your first paycheck.

Where is my W2/paystub?
We currently do not provide W-2s or paystubs. Please contact your employer to obtain these documents.
