WAGEverify requires users to register for service. The information required in registration is contact information (such as their name and e-mail address), and/or financial information (such as a credit card number and billing address). When you submit comments and questions on our products via the feedback command, we also ask for your e-mail address. This is to allow us to contact you if there are questions about your feedback.
Like many companies that accept payment by credit card, WAGEverify may share customers' personal information with qualified third parties in order to process your order or perform a credit worthiness check.
Principle 4 - Access to Personal Information Stored
Customers have access to personal information about them that is stored in the WAGEverify database. Through the web-based administrative pages, customers can correct this information when needed. This is the only place that a customer must change their information to ensure full functionality of the WAGEverify service.
